Fees may vary based on travel time.

Site survey

Visit site spending up to two hours on site with the client giving suggestions for plant material, hard goods and ball park pricing for the project based on experience. ***Tracking down materials, working up pricing on installation and creating digital renderings are included with Tier one and Tier two service fees.***

Tier one

We track down all materials required for the project creating a proposal including the cost of their installation including freight and labor. We also provide full color photos of the materials for your approval. We talk you through the installation details, where the materials will be installed, to allow for any changes needed to be made prior to beginning the installation.

Tier Two

We track down all materials required for the project and create a proposal including the cost of their installation including freight and labor. We also include full color photos of the materials for your approval and create two digital renderings of the proposed landscape. The client chooses which areas appear in the renderings such as the front yard and backyard. The renderings are a “future look” of what the new landscape will look like after completion and it allows for changes to be made prior to beginning the installation.
